Dear Kerstin, Once again, we can't imagine traveling without you as our wonderful agent. You always make sure that we, as senior citizens, are in good hands, and we truly appreciate that. You are such a fun person to talk with! During our cruise, you were so creative in coming up with games for us to enjoy- knowing full well that watching the music shows was not really our thing. Your thoughtfulness made all the difference. We've traveled with you countless times, and as long as we're able, we plan to keep doing so! Thank you again for your incredible service and kind thoughtfulness. Our seven-week journey from Bali to Honolulu was well worth it- and so enjoyable- thanks to you. Warmest regards, Karyl and Mike |
